Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a proactive On-Demand Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.
• Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.




• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
