What we are looking for:-

We are seeking an experienced Controller – Real Estate Accounting professional with robust expertise in real estate and property accounting, financial reporting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have prior Controller-level experience, hands-on proficiency with RealPage, and the ability to independently oversee the accounting function,



manage an existing accounting team and external bookkeeping providers, and report directly to the client.

The role requires strong ownership of month-end close activities, financial statement reviews, account reconciliations, and accounting controls, along with the ability to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and be confident in managing client relationships, resolving accounting queries, and overseeing the quality of accounting deliverables with minimal internal supervision.
