About the role
As a Senior Account Manager in our PR team, you will own client relationships, drive strategic communication plans, ensure flawless execution and lead a high-performing team of 2–4 people. You will work closely with your Account Director.

You will work with brands across hospitality, lifestyle, F&B;, tech and real estate.

What you'll do

Client management
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for your key accounts.
• Own client relationships and deliverables, with close attention to detail.
• Lead the execution of quarterly and annual PR plans that support each client's business goals.
• Drive proactive storytelling,



campaign ideas and brand-building initiatives.

Media and influencer relations
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior journalists and digital creators.
• Secure top-tier media opportunities: features, interviews, profiles and event coverage.
• Plan and run influencer outreach, including commercial negotiations.

Team leadership
• Guide and manage a team of 2–4 people across your accounts.
• Review content, pitches and plans before they go to clients or media.
• Ensure effective work allocation and make sure timelines are met.
• Build a team culture of ownership, creativity and accountability.

Strategy and execution
• Write and edit press materials, key messages, briefing notes and award entries.
• Identify news hooks, trends and insights that drive coverage and engagement.
• Contribute to client case studies, monthly reports and performance reviews.
