Role Description The Recent Business Development Manager – Exports will be responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities for Shri Salasar Group’s garment and home textile products. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur includes prospecting new buyers, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients,



and expanding the company’s presence in target markets such as the USA and Europe. Day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating sample development and pricing with internal teams. The role also involves managing export documentation and compliance in collaboration with logistics and operations, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The manager will work closely with production, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
