Role Description The Real Estate Sales Leader (30–65k) at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, driving property sales across residential and commercial segments,



and managing end-to-end client interactions from lead generation to closing deals. The sales leader will conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and property management, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also requires staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations to support strategic sales planning.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.
