Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and submission for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment portals.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Work on W2, C2C, C2H, and other applicable hiring models.
Verify candidate availability, employment preferences,



and compensation expectations.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups with clients and account managers.
Negotiate pay rates within approved limits.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and Boolean search.
Knowledge of IT staffing processes and work authorization categories.
Familiarity with W2, C2C, and C2H hiring models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
