• Role Description

ServiceNow ITOM + Integrations Architect
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery,



Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Design integrations with monitoring, infrastructure, cloud, and third-party tools.
• Lead CMDB strategy, discovery implementations, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture governance.

Required Skills:
• ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
• CMDB & ITOM Suite
• IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
• AWS/Azure/GCP integrations
• Monitoring tool integrations (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, etc.)

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, CIS-Event Management.
