Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a results-driven Director of Employee Wellbeing to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed workplace.




• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
