Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a creative Labor Relations Lead to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• 5-8 years of demonstrated,



progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Familiarity with contemporary HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
