Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.
• Proven track record in operations, project management, or client success.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
