Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a resourceful Head of Compensation and Benefits to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit compensation data to ensure internal equity and compliance.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Evaluate salary structures, equity plans, and bonus frameworks.
• Analyze and benchmark internal compensation against market data.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit plan offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep expertise in compensation modeling and salary benchmarking.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated,



progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
