Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to support daily bar operations, assist in preparing beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Support the Senior Bartender with daily bar setup, closing, and operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.
• Refill bar supplies, prepare garnishes,



and assist with stock management.
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage presentation guidelines.
• Assist guests with beverage requests and maintain professional service standards.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or bar assistant is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and an interest in mixology.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
