Company Description:
Fiesta Asia Travel is a destination management company (DMC) specializing in travel experiences across Vietnam. We work with travel agents and B2B travel partners to deliver customized itineraries, group tours, MICE movements, and destination management services.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vietnam Department Manager to oversee Vietnam operations, manage group and MICE enquiries, drive business conversions, and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, excellent commercial understanding, and the leadership skills to guide a team and manage complex group movements.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a DMC or B2B tour operator.
• Solid working knowledge of Vietnam, including hotels, sightseeing, transportation, restaurants, and group travel logistics.
• Proven experience in handling GIT groups, MICE movements, corporate travel, and group quotations.
• Expertise in group costing, supplier negotiations,



hotel contracting, and customized itinerary planning.
• Experience managing large groups, gala dinners, conferences, incentive tours, and special events will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in team coordination, mentoring, or supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and travel quotation tools.
