*Job Summary*
Zeeva Healthcare is looking for dynamic and target-oriented Oncology Sales Managers for Noida and Meerut. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving oncology business growth, developing relationships with hospitals and oncologists, expanding referral networks, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates with experience in oncology, pharmaceutical sales, hospital sales, or cancer care services will be preferred.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for oncology services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, cancer centres, clinics, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits, doctor meetings,



hospital visits, and business development activities.
- Generate qualified leads and facilitate patient referrals for oncology consultations and treatments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including doctors, patient coordinators, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth patient engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, referral sources, and business performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and accurate communication regarding oncology services, treatment processes, and patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and build long-term skilled relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
