The Role

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Regional Team Lead to build and grow Elixa360's business across multiple countries within a designated geography.

This is a hands-on business development and operations role, combining patient engagement, sales leadership, team management, and technology-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

You will own regional patient acquisition and conversion, establish productive operating processes, and eventually lead a team of 2–3 Patient Coordinators.

1. Regional Growth & Patient Conversion

• Own patient conversion and business growth targets across assigned countries.
• Engage directly with prospective patients and help convert qualified inquiries into confirmed treatments.




• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and patient experience.
• Understand local healthcare needs, competitors, pricing, and patient preferences.

2. Team Leadership & Performance

• Initially manage patient inquiries directly and progressively build a team of 2–3 Patient Coordinators.
• Train, coach, and support coordinators to improve patient engagement and conversion.
• Monitor individual and regional performance against defined KPIs.
• Handle escalations and support complex patient cases.

3. Process & Technology Adoption

• Establish standardized processes for lead qualification, patient follow-ups, medical-record collection, and case handoffs.
• Ensure consistent use of CRM, calling systems, WhatsApp, and AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain accurate patient records, call summaries, and pipeline updates.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements and automation opportunit
