Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sponsorship & Delegate Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and prospecting potential sponsors and delegates,



conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and building strong, long-term relationships to drive event revenue. The executive will present event value propositions, customize pitches for different industry segments, negotiate commercial terms, and close sponsorship and delegate sales. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales pipelines and records, collaborating with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with event objectives, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs. The role also requires meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, representing Tradepass at events, and ensuring a professional and consultative experience for all clients.
Qualifications
• Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
