• Maintain accurate stock records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory limits are maintained.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO, wherever applicable.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure proper inspection, counting, and recording of received materials.
• Prepare material issue slips, stock transfer records, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
• Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests.
• Coordinate timely dispatch of materials to customers, production units, or other locations.
