Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. In this position, the counselor will guide prospective students through the entire MBA admissions process, including program selection, application preparation, and interview readiness. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, explaining admission criteria, and supporting students with documentation and deadlines.



The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with students and families, collaborating with internal teams to improve counseling processes, and contributing to outreach or promotional activities to increase student engagement.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills focused on student support and satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively present programs and convert inquiries into enrollments.
