Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ward, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to identify changes in patients' conditions.

- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies as per physician's orders and hospital policies.

- Deliver wound care management with precision, ensuring proper infection control measures are in place.

- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient records, ensuring all care provided is properly recorded.

- Prepare and support patients for examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures as needed.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations,



providing effective support and interventions to stabilize patients.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

- Uphold a safe and clean setting, adhering to all healthcare regulations and infection control practices.
