What You'll Do

CoreWeave's Data Center Operations organization runs the physical infrastructure behind one of the world's leading AI cloud platforms: the GPU clusters that frontier AI labs and enterprises use to train and serve their models. As CoreWeave expands into Asia-Pacific, we're building a regional operations organization from the ground up. It will own uptime, safety, and operational excellence across every CoreWeave data center in the region, and set the standard for how we run at scale outside North America and Europe.

About The Role The Vice President, Data Center Operations – APAC is the senior operations leader for CoreWeave's Asia-Pacific data center portfolio, reporting directly to the SVP of Data Center Operations. You will own day-to-day operations across [Singapore, Korea, and future APAC sites]. This is a hands-on role: you'll be present in the data centers with your teams, not directing work from a distance.

You'll build the regional team, put global standards and processes in place, and hold colocation partners, contractors, and vendors accountable to CoreWeave's performance bar. You'll work closely with global Operations, Fleet Operations, Engineering, Construction, Networking, and Supply Chain, as well as with executive leadership.

In This Role, You Will

- Own operational performance for all APAC data centers (uptime, MTTR, safety, and audit readiness) and make the region a reliable, scalable part of CoreWeave's global fleet
- Build and lead the APAC operations organization (Regional/Area Managers, Data Center Managers, and Technicians), including hiring plans, leadership bench, and on-call coverage
- Adapt global SOPs, KPIs, and tooling for APAC,



so that standards are followed consistently on site across countries and are not just documented
- Manage colocation partners, contractors, and vendors directly: drive schedule and SLA performance, escalate firmly, and decide when to course-correct or exit
- Lead new-site readiness and turn-up in partnership with Construction and Deployment, taking capacity from handoff to production on time
- Navigate local labor, regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements across multiple APAC jurisdictions
- Lead the response to critical (SEV-1) incidents in the region and represent APAC operations in executive reviews and global operating cadences

Who You Are

- 15+ years in data center operations or critical infrastructure, including 5+ years leading multi-site operations at Senior Director/VP scope
- Proven ownership of live, production data center operations in APAC (operating sites, not only construction or project delivery) across more than one country
- Experience at a hyperscaler, large cloud provider, or major colocation/data center operator running high-density or mission-critical environments
- Track record of building and scaling operations teams of [XX+] people across multiple sites, including hiring and developing managers
- Hands-on experience managing colocation, facilities, and contractor relationships against SLAs, including performance management and commercial escalation
- Working knowledge of APAC labor law, regulatory, and EHS requirements across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, India, Korea, Japan, Australia)
- Based in or willing to relocate to [Singapore or India], with frequent travel across the APAC region

Preferred

- Experience running GPU/HPC or AI infrastructure at high rack density, including liquid cooling




- Experience standing up a new regional operations organization or market entry for a cloud or data center operator
- Familiarity with the Korean and/or Japanese data center markets
- Exposure to global operations standardization: SOP frameworks, KPI programs, and ticketing/DCIM tooling

Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
