Job Summary

We are looking for qualified MBBS Doctors to conduct Video Medical Examinations (VMER) for insurance applicants through our digital healthcare platform. The doctor will be responsible for conducting video consultations, capturing medical information, completing the prescribed questionnaire, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with client-specific medical protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Video Medical Examinations
- Conduct video medical examinations for insurance applicants as per the assigned cases and roster.
- Complete consultations within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure all mandatory medical questions and assessments are completed during the consultation.
- Medical Assessment & Documentation
- Record accurate medical history, responses, and relevant clinical observations.
- Complete the prescribed medical questionnaire and examination report.
- Ensure all required fields are documented correctly before submitting the report.
- Photo & Identity Verification
- Verify the applicant's identity as per the prescribed process.
- Capture explicit and appropriate photographs or other required visual evidence during the consultation.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements for image capture and documentation.
- Quality & Compliance
- Follow the applicable clinical protocols, client-specific rule books, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and professionalism.
- Ensure reports are submitted without omissions, discrepancies, or avoidable errors.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection and professional medical ethics requirements.




- Case Management & Productivity
- Log in as per the assigned roster and remain available for allocated consultations.
- Accept and complete cases in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding pending cases, technical issues, and escalations.
- Meet the defined productivity, availability, quality, and TAT parameters.
- Professional Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants during video consultations.
- Provide appropriate instructions to applicants regarding the examination process.
- Maintain courteous and patient-focused communication throughout the consultation.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council or National Medical Register, as applicable.
- Good communication skills in English , Hindi , Telugu ,Tamil, Benagli , Kannada, Punjabi : knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work on digital consultation platforms.
- Freshers and experienced doctors may apply.

- Minimal rework and avoidable report rejections.
