Vice President - Engineering Lead | Azure Cloud | Software EngineeringSummary - We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy, cloud engineering, and software development initiatives. The role involves defining technology roadmaps, leading high-performing engineering teams, modernizing platforms, and delivering secure, scalable, and cost-productive solutions within a dynamic investment and financial services environment.

Location - Pune

Responsibilities -

- Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, driving platform modernization and innovation.
- Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while implementing coding standards, testing practices, and architectural best practices.
- Drive Azure cloud optimization, operational efficiency, cost management, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technology teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.
- Mentor engineering leaders and team members, establish performance metrics, and continuously improve engineering processes and delivery standards.

Requirements -

- 18 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in core cloud engineering roles.
- Strong programming expertise in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with advanced software engineering and architectural skills.




- Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, microservices, API management, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, people management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
