Job Role: Immigration Visa Counselor – Sales & Client Relations Job Overview We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Immigration Visa Counselor who can handle client inquiries, provide accurate visa guidance, build strong customer relationships, and convert potential leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities Client Counseling: Guide clients regarding study visas, work visas, visitor visas, PR, spouse visas, and other immigration programs.

Query Handling: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries, and walk-in clients professionally.

Lead Conversion: Understand clients’ requirements, explain suitable visa options, address their concerns, and convert inquiries into confirmed clients. Sales & Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients regularly, maintain communication, and close sales through effective counseling.

Client Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by providing transparent information about eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and service charges.

Documentation Guidance: Explain the required documents and guide clients throughout the application process.

Lead Management: Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, client details,



and sales conversions in the CRM or company database.

Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

Professional Communication: Communicate confidently in Punjabi, Hindi, and English while maintaining a professional approach.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Good communication and convincing skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Ability to turn inquiries and conversations into sales. Basic knowledge of immigration and visa processes. Proficiency in WhatsApp, phone calling, and computer applications. Previous experience in immigration counseling, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.

Indicators (KPIs) Number of inquiries handled. Quality and consistency of follow-ups. Lead-to-client conversion rate. Monthly sales and revenue targets. Client satisfaction and relationship management.
