NOW HIRING: Virtual Scheduling Coordinator (Full-Time, Night Shift India)

We are a busy sports medicine (orthopedic) practice in Houston, Texas, looking for a full time Virtual Scheduling Coordinator. You will handle the majority of our incoming calls and patient scheduling, so this is a high-volume, rapid-paced role.

PAY

$500 to $750 per month (USD) depending on experience

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time (6:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM India time; shifts one hour later when the US changes clocks in November). One 30-minute break, coordinated with our in-office team so phones are always covered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Answer and manage the main clinic phone line (RingCentral)
- Schedule new and established patients in eCW (eClinicalWorks)
- Return voicemails and manage the fax and email inboxes (Outlook)
- Call referred patients and follow up on unscheduled referrals
- Track imaging orders and follow up with imaging centers
- Request and follow up on referrals from PCP offices for insurances that require it
- Send records and visit notes to referring doctors
- Post daily updates and coordinate with the team in Microsoft Teams

REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

- Camera on, screen shared, and microphone unmuted for your entire shift. We monitor calls live and give feedback in real time so patients can get accurate information. This is equivalent to being in the office.
- Excellent spoken English. You must be clearly understood by US patients over the phone, including older patients.




- This must be your ONLY job during our working hours. No second clients, no side tasks, no other jobs during your scheduled shift. If you currently work multiple jobs at once, please do not apply.
- Full commitment and consistent effort. You will be the main person answering our phones. Missed calls, long idle time, or slow follow-up will not be tolerated.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills. If something goes wrong with your computer, headset, or internet, you must be able to fix it quickly on your own.
- Admin access to your own laptop. You will need to install Adobe Reader, the eCW plugin, RingCentral, and other software as needed.
- You will sign in using a Microsoft profile that we provide. This profile is for this job only and cannot be used for personal use or any other work.
- Quiet, private workspace with no one else in view or earshot (you will be handling patient information)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a backup (power and internet)
- Laptop with webcam and a good noise-canceling headset
- US medical office or scheduling experience strongly preferred. eCW and RingCentral experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
