Key Responsibilities

- Guide and mentor teachers in planning and executing lessons to maintain a strong academic record.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including administrative, academic, and co-curricular activities.
- Lead the training, and professional development of faculty members.
- Build solid relationships with parents, staff, and students to foster a collaborative school environment.
- Develop and enforce disciplinary policies, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

Educational Background:

*Postgraduate degree

*B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.

Experience:

*Minimum 5 years of experience in a school.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in school management software and digital tools.
