Role Description The Video Editor/AI role at Brews Digital is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. In this role, the individual will edit and produce video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and performance goals. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, refining edits, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and collaborating with designers and marketers to create compelling visual stories.

The role also involves using AI-assisted tools for video editing, asset generation, and workflow optimization, while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.

Editor/AI will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for content formats, and continuously explore new trends and technologies in video and digital media.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools and workflows for editing, asset generation, and optimization.
- Comfort with leading video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Pune City.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage; professional portfolio or showreel required.
