Job Title: US Accountants Receivable

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and outstanding balance follow-ups.
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Perform bank, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing or payment-related issues.




- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and support audit-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy in all accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations is an advantage.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
