Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage daily truck dispatching operations across the United States.

- Book profitable loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.

- Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and customers.

- Plan and optimize truck routes to maximize efficiency and profitability.





- Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, and carriers.

- Monitor shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

- Handle delays, breakdowns, and operational challenges effectively.

- Manage essential documentation, including rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.

- Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment updates.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and drivers.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US Truck Dispatching.

- Strong working knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and load booking processes.

- Proven experience in freight rate negotiation.

- Good understanding of US geography, trucking routes, and transportation operations.

- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple trucks and work under pressure.

- Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and dispatch management tools.

- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift from our Mohali office.
