Job Summary

Tektree Software Services Private Limited is looking for experienced, motivated, and results-driven US Healthcare & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 2–6 years of experience in US recruitment, with expertise in healthcare and/or non-IT recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and recruiting suitable candidates for various client requirements across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.

- Recruit healthcare professionals for roles such as BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Therapists, and other healthcare positions.

- Handle non-IT recruitment for industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and administration.

- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

- Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates within the specified timelines.

- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.

- Maintain an updated candidate database and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Negotiate compensation, discuss job opportunities with candidates,



and manage candidate expectations.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of submissions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- - 2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment and/or US Non-IT Recruitment.

- Good understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening techniques.

- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Robust candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment environment.

- Willingness to work in the US night shift as per business requirements.

Preferred Skills

- - Experience recruiting for US healthcare and non-IT positions.

- Knowledge of US healthcare job titles, industry terminology, and relevant candidate qualifications.

- Experience working with US clients, hiring managers, or recruitment teams.

- Ability to source candidates through Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques.
