Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–9 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT skills.
- Screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, and C2H requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- 4–9 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing processes and technical recruiting.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from our Tolichowki, Hyderabad office.
