GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is looking for a target-driven Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of global visa services and domestic/international holiday packages. The role involves handling customer enquiries, recommending suitable travel solutions, preparing customized itineraries, and driving sales through effective follow-ups and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel enquiries from individual customers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Recommend and sell domestic/international holiday packages and global visa services.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals based on customer requirements.
- Provide guidance on global visa requirements, documentation, application processes, and destination-specific regulations.
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into bookings.




- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business through excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, holiday consultancy, visa services, or travel consultancy.
- Robust knowledge of global visa services and international holiday packages is important.
- Practical understanding of visa documentation, destination requirements, and holiday planning.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and sales-conversion abilities.
- Familiarity with travel portals, GDS platforms, and CRM tools is an advantage.
