Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers with travel planning, holiday packages, and itinerary preparation.
- Handle domestic and international travel inquiries.
- Provide information about flights, hotels, tour packages, and travel services.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of travel packages, bookings, and reservations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
