Job Title: Assistant Manager – L&D; / OD

Location: Gurugram

Experience 5–8 Years (LMS is must with Soft Skills Training)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct TNA and develop training plans and learning calendars.
- Design and deliver ILT, VILT, and e-learning programs.
- Develop training content, presentations, assessments, and learning modules.
- Support leadership development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Manage LMS, training evaluation, learning analytics, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external training vendors.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in L&D;, training, or organizational development.
- Expertise in training delivery, instructional design, and content development.
- Knowledge of LMS, learning analytics, and training effectiveness.
- Robust communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, OD, or a related field preferred
