Job Title: Dealership Training Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a energetic, results-driven Dealership Training Manager to design, execute, and oversee comprehensive training programs across all dealership operations. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new hires and continuously upskilling our sales, service, and administrative teams.

Your primary objective is to align training strategies with the dealership's financial and operational targets, maximizing sales conversions, increasing technical capabilities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

- Training Needs Analysis : Regularly audit dealership performance data, customer satisfaction scores (CSI/NPS), and conversion rates to identify critical skill gaps.
- Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop and facilitate training modules covering automotive product knowledge, consultative sales techniques, vehicle walk-arounds, CRM utilization, and service advisory processes.
- Onboarding & Certification: Lead the onboarding architecture for incoming sales consultants and technicians, keeping the dealership compliant with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification standards.
- Performance Coaching:



Listen to dealership phone calls, shadow sales interactions on the showroom floor, and provide direct, constructive feedback to staff.
- LMS & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the dealership's Learning Management System (LMS), track employee training compliance, and maintain in-house training libraries and resource databases.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the annual dealership training budget. Compile Monthly Information System (MIS) reports to link completed training metrics to overall dealership performance.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/ Diploma/ BE
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail automotive dealership experience (Sales Management, F&I;, or Service Management)
- OEM Expertise: Deep familiarity working with OEM training platforms, vehicle launch standards, and manufacturer compliance requirements.
- Technical Literacy
