Job Title: Tour Consultant / Travel Consultant

Role Overview The Tour Consultant guides clients through designing, planning, and booking custom travel experiences, holiday packages, and group tours. In this role, you will serve as the primary destination expert, transforming customer requirements into seamless itineraries while driving booking conversions and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Sales

- Consult with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations to assess their travel preferences, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and present customized day-by-day itineraries for domestic and international travel.
- Upsell premium services, optional excursions, local experiences, and comprehensive travel insurance packages.




- Meet and exceed monthly booking conversion and sales revenue targets.

Booking & Logistics Management
- Reserve and confirm flights, rail, ground transportation, hotels, private transfers, and guided excursions.
- Use reservation platforms and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, along with internal booking engines.
- Coordinate supplier payments, collect client deposits, and issue invoices, vouchers, and tickets.
- Provide pre-travel documentation, including visa guidelines, entry clearance protocols, vaccination requirements, and destination briefs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
