Working closely with product design, CNC programming, quality, and maintenance teams, this role oversees tool fabrication, mold/die repairs, preventive tool maintenance schedules, and dimensional verification to minimize production downtime, optimize tool life, and ensure components meet strict engineering tolerances Key Skills/: Robust practical experience in tool and die making, mold building, jig & fixture design,



and precision machining within manufacturing setups. Proficiency in reading mechanical engineering drawings, process instructions, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

Hands/-on expertise with conventional machine tools /(surface grinding, milling, turning/) and familiarity with CNC, EDM /(Sink/Wire/), and CMM processes. Hands/-on capability in CAD software /(AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo/) for basic tool design modifications and drawing updates.
