Ascent Groups is looking for an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager – Spare Parts & Lubricants to join our growing team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales leadership skills, experience in territory management, and the ability to develop business through channel partners, garages, retailers, and franchise networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop business through garages, retailers, channel partners, and franchise partners.
- Manage lead generation, order booking, and payment collection.
- Promote genuine spare parts and branded lubricants.




- Build solid customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure timely collections.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in territory sales and channel partner management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
