Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to product-related queries.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams for order processing and customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates living near Aerocity, Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj, or nearby areas will be preferred.
