Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up. The candidate should have knowledge of government e-tendering portals, GeM portal operations, and tender compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant government and private-sector tenders.
- Handle tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and relevant state e-procurement portals.
- Prepare and submit tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals within deadlines.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and financial documents.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, BG, PBG, and other required documentation, as applicable.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.




- Follow up with clients and government departments regarding tender status and clarifications.
- Assist in preparing technical bids, financial bids, and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender results and maintain a database of upcoming opportunities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of government tendering and e-procurement procedures.
- Experience with GeM portal and government tender portals.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in tender management, bid management, or procurement.
- Experience in the electric vehicle, automobile, manufacturing, or government sales sector will be an added advantage.

- Timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Compliance with tender eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Number of relevant tenders identified and submitted.
- Bid success rate and tender conversion.
- Proper maintenance of tender records and follow-ups.
