Job Title: Telecalling Executive Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Loan DSA Department: Sales & Customer Acquisition Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our DSA team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining loan products, and following up with interested customers to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, or other financial products. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and basic documentation requirements.

Identify customer requirements and assess their initial eligibility. Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team for further processing. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer information in the CRM or Excel sheet.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.



Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience. Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups until lead closure.

Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Positive communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Skills Required Excellent telephone etiquette. Lead generation and customer handling. Strong follow-up and persuasion skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
