Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller Intern who can communicate confidently in Hindi and English. You will call potential customers, introduce them to Waplify, explain our product, and help generate leads.

This is a fully remote internship open to freshers and students across India who are interested in telecalling, sales, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Waplify.
- Explain our WhatsApp marketing and automation platform in simple language.
- Understand customer needs and answer basic product-related questions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and help generate leads.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Share customer feedback and lead updates with the team.

Requirements
- Good spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
- Willingness to make outbound calls to potential customers.




- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet-based tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A mobile phone for making calls to potential customers.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer.
