VK Design and Technologies are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to connect with potential clients, generate business leads, and promote our company's services, including website development, digital marketing, graphic design, and branding.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, explaining our services, and scheduling client meetings to support business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
· Identify business owners who require website development, digital marketing, or graphic design services.
· Schedule online or face-to-face meetings with interested clients.
· Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
· Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
· Coordinate with the sales and business development team.
· Work towards achieving daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, and lead generation.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn about website development and digital marketing services.
Experience & Qualification
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Prior tele calling or tele sales experience is an advantage.
Work Location: Chennai
Office Timings: 10 to 7 AM (Day Shift)
Work Mode: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
