Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Search job portals, databases, and social media platforms to find qualified candidates for grey-collar, white-collar, or bulk-hiring roles.
- Telephonic Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to check candidate qualifications, communication skills, work history, and job fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal hiring managers or clients.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain candidate records, follow-up logs, and recruitment trackers in spreadsheets, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or CRM tools.
- Candidate Follow-Up: Provide timely updates on application status and maintain high engagement throughout the hiring pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly metrics for outbound calls made, profiles screened, and candidates interviewed.
Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
