Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Overdraft (OD), and other financial products. Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales. Maintain customer records and update call details in the system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required
SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel. Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
