Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop innovative lighting solutions that meet customer and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lighting solutions into existing products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development for new lighting technologies.
• Ensure all lighting products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Optimize lighting designs for energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage and lead projects from conception to market release.
• Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for all lighting products.
• Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product specifications.
Qualification Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in lighting design or a similar technical role.
• Proven track record of developing and launching cutting-edge lighting products.
• Strong understanding of lighting technology and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
