Job Description:

1. Key Responsibilities

• Understand marketing briefs and develop impactful creative communication.

• Write copy for advertisements, campaigns, websites, social media, emailers, brochures, presentations, videos, and marketing materials.

• Create engaging headlines, taglines, call-to-actions (CTAs), scripts, and long-form content.

• Develop content for both B2B and B2C audiences.

• Adapt writing style and tone according to different brands and target audiences.

• Simplify complex information into transparent, concise, and engaging messaging.

2. Creative Conceptualization

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

• Develop campaign concepts and innovative communication approaches.

• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to align copy with visual concepts.

• Support creative strategies based on customer insights and business objectives.

3. Quality and Compliance

• Ensure content is grammatically correct, accurate, and error-free.

• Review, edit, and proofread content before publication.

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, style, and messaging.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative quality.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, studio, design, and cross-functional teams.

• Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.





• Present and explain creative ideas and content rationale to stakeholders.

5. Education

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following:

• Mass Communication

• Journalism

• English Literature

• Advertising

• Marketing

• Related fields

6. Experience

• 4–5 years of copywriting experience.

• Experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, digital agency, or in-house creative team.

7. Key Skills Required

• Excellent command of English.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Creative thinking and conceptualization.

• Short-form and long-form content writing.

• Brand communication and storytelling.

• Understanding of digital and print marketing.

• Ability to work collaboratively with design and marketing teams.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Additional Details :

Designation: Associate Copywriter

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Working days: 5 Days

Work timings: 9:00am To 6:00pm

Gender Preference: Male / Female

Interview Process: Virtual Interview , Face to face interview, Assignment

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
