About the role: We are hiring Tele Collection Officers for a leading debt collection agency in Thane.
Responsibilities
- Call customers with overdue loans and credit cards (write-off and bucket portfolios for banks/NBFCs) - Negotiate with customers and secure payments / promises to pay - Follow collection compliance and code of conduct - Update customer records and call outcomes accurately Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience; prior tele-collections or recovery experience preferred (write-off experience preferred) - A few seats open for freshers - DRA certification preferred for some processes - Good communication in Hindi and English Salary: Rs 18,000 - 28,000 per month. Full time, work from office.
