We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Marketing and Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a natural ability to build rapid rapport over the phone. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of our brand, responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating high-quality leads, and closing sales.

A positive attitude, resilience against rejection, and a target-driven mindset are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound cold/warm calls to prospective customers from provided databases and handle inbound queries professionally.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Educate potential clients about the features and advantages of our [products/services],



pitching tailored solutions to successfully pitch and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build solid, long-lasting customer relationships by listening carefully to consumer requirements and resolving doubts empathetically.
- Pipeline Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with warm leads and existing prospects to move them forward through the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update daily call logs, customer feedback, and sales interactions in our Google Sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes, weekly lead generation quotas, and monthly revenue targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
