Softdew Tech Private Limited is hiring a Telecaller to support client interaction for the AdvisorGrow app. This work-from-home prospect is suited to confident communicators who can build rapport with customers and explain app-related information clearly over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle inbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client queries, provide accurate responses, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain call records, follow up with interested clients, and share regular updates with the team.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer interaction, telesales, or a related calling role.
- Good spoken Hindi and conversational English.
- Clear voice, active listening ability, patience, and confidence while speaking with clients.
- Education is not a specific requirement; communication ability and relevant calling experience are valued.
- Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
