About the role: We are hiring Tele Collection Officers for a leading debt collection agency in Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Call customers with overdue loans and credit cards on write-off.
- Negotiate with customers and secure payments / promises to pay - Follow collection compliance and code of conduct - Update customer records and call outcomes accurately Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of write-off / tele-collections experience - DRA certification preferred - Valuable communication in Hindi and English Salary: Rs 20,000 - 25,000 per month. Full-time, work from office.
